where we are
Excursions in sailing boat in the Costa Verde and Sinis Peninsula depart from the tourist port of Marina di Torregrande, located seven kilometers from the town of Oristano.
Torregrande, popular tourist destination among the most popular of the central western coast of Sardinia, is situated in a strategic position to visit the island, both by sea and by land. This seaside town is, in fact, near the highway 131, the main thoroughfare of Sardinia, which connects north and south of the island. The Marina of Torregrande is also located within the Gulf of Oristano, bordered to the north, from the Sinis Peninsula, surrounded by its fine sand of rice and on which stands the ancient city of Tharros, and, in the south, by Costa Verde, characterized by high dunes of golden sand that emerge in an environment desert, wild and unspoiled in front of an emerald sea.
From sailing point of view, the geographical position of Torregrande allows boaters to sailing with a northwest wind of medium intensity in the afternoon to 10-15 knots and the sea is always calm.
At only 2 km away from Torregrande is also the town of Cabras and 7 km, the city Oristano (where is located the registered office of the company), both rich in ancient folklore and gastronomic traditions. The marina Torregrande has, finally, a bar, restaurant and restrooms with showers.
